Job Description:
Develop, debug, and document PLC/PAC based products. The ideal candidate will have 5
years of Allen Bradley PLC and HMI programming experience, possess skills to work independently and in a team environment, be capable of communicating with cross-functional departments, and willing to work within a diverse and dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:
-Develops PLC & HMI software to implement the controls in Phenix Technologies test equipment, including associated control algorithms needed to realize the required functionality.
-Assists Phenix Technologies Electrical Engineers in determining control system topologies to most efficiently implement standard and custom PLC based control systems.
-Supports Phenix Technologies Production, Test and Service Department staff when necessary to solve problems encountered in the production or servicing of Phenix Technologies test equipment.
-Reviews Technical Users Manuals when needed for Phenix Technologies test equipment, insuring that equipment specifications, setup instructions, operating instructions, etc. are correct.
-Creates and reviews Test Procedures when needed to verify and document proper operation and calibration of Phenix Technologies test equipment.
-Supports the Sales Department when necessary to develop technical specifications and cost estimates for custom equipment to be designed and manufactured by Phenix Technologies.
-Is willing to travel on an occasional basis, both domestically and internationally, to support Phenix Technologies test equipment.
-Is willing to put forth extra effort when required to meet design schedules on projects where delivery time is critical.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
